What’s the best thing about your job?
Annika: The best part of my job is meeting people from different cultures. It enriches, inspires, and helps me grow at work.
Carina: The best thing about my job is getting to work with people from many different countries, since we are a workplace with a wide range of nationalities. Being able to learn about other countries’ cultures and ways of life is truly inspiring.
What does a typical workday look like?
Annika: A workday at IRF is never boring. I’m always busy and time flies.\
Carina: A workday at IRF is full of life and activity. The staff work from early morning until late in the evening — there’s always a “shift running in the factory,” so to speak.
Is there anything in particular you’d like to say about IRF as an employer?
Annika: IRF is an employer that truly cares about its staff. We have fun at work. The sense of community is strong, and everyone can talk to everyone.
Carina: It’s hard to find a better employer than IRF. Best place forever and I still feel that way after my 31 years in this building.
