cpbibart is a perl and requires perl to be installed in order to work.

No installation needed, change the file rights for the file to be
executable by issuing the command

  chmod u+x cpbibart

Running cpbibart with the -h option

  cpbibart -h 

will give you a brief help end exit. The program has included
documentation in POD which can be converted to a format of your
convenience by a POD converter eg pod2html or pod2man.
