(1) Open Policy:
Data are free to use for survey purpose.  
Data cover all the cusp observations by Freja, 
and include even some questionable cases.

(2) Interpretation:
Data are not free from instrumental effect, and 
it is sometimes difficult to classify regions.  
Yamauchi is responsible in identifying the regions 
(he read through all the data nearly 10 times).
Anybody who wish to use any data (for publication 
or presentation) from this archieve must contact 
M. Yamauchi at IRF-Kiruna (yama@irf.se) for 
interpretation.

(3) Acknowledgement request:
Users of data from this archieve must contact PIs of 
the instruments (Lars Eliasson and Manfred Boem) for 
proper co-authorship or acknowledgement sentense.
